Patrick Lawler was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1996 after gaining an LLB from the University of Melbourne. He has expertise and extensive experience in general commercial law, criminal law, commercial and general litigation, insolvency and commercial and residential conveyancing.
He holds professional membership of the Commercial Section of the Law Institute of Victoria.
His recent achievements include successfully conducting Limitation of Actions defence of company directors in the Supreme Court for repayment of Directors' Loan Accounts.
