Septimus Jones & Lee was originally founded in 1931 and had as one of its first clients a large family run land developer which had commenced business late in the nineteenth century. This business has now evolved into a public company which is one of the largest developers of land, homes and apartments in Australia, and which still retains the firm. 

The firm acts for many developers of commercial, industrial and residential land.  Our clients include investors who lease their retail, commercial and industrial property and businesses who rent commercial and retail premises.

The firm also has a large number of clients who have happily availed themselves of the service of our experienced Property and Finance Department for matters such as small unit developments, easements and covenants.
