The area of Family Law has evolved into an increasingly technical and specialised legal area given the major and ongoing changes that continue to be enacted.  Many of these changes have the potential to profoundly effect the lives of many individuals, who as well as being unaware and unprepared for the effects of these changes, are often in the middle of highly emotionally charged situations, making their circumstances even harder to bare.
