Howard has been a Partner of Septimus Jones & Lee since 1989 and has over thirty years legal experience. Howard has a wide range of legal expertise in Small Business and Property areas and leads the Estate Planning and Business & Commercial Departments.
After completing Law at Melbourne University, Howard was admitted to practice in 1970. Since that time, Howard has developed a keen involvement with the Law Institute of Victoria and is currently a member of the following:

- Wills and Estates Study Group
- Small Practices Committee
- Financial Planning Interest Group
