Partner Bill Giavris is experienced in the area of property, finance and commercial law. Since graduating from Melbourne University in 2000, he has amassed an extensive amount of experience and recognition of his work in both property and finance law.
From the perspective of Property Law he has had extensive exposure to property development, subdivisions, industrial, commercial and retail leasing and government compulsory land acquisition and compensation matters.
From the Finance Law perspective, he has acted for various corporate clients including major banks and finance companies in the structuring and preparation of complicated securities and finance documentation.
An accomplished practitioner with a unique grasp of the law, Bill is renowned for his intimate knowledge of and practical application of the mechanisms of property law.
